Dear international colleague,

EPHEC is very pleased to announce its first ever Summer School:

 

Global & sustainable challenges in the beer sector

 

Organized in both presential and virtual modes, this program offers the students a unique opportunity to discover the role of beer in its economic, environmental and societal context, through a multidisciplinary (Business, Law, Finance and Technical) and international experience.

 

 

Combining sustainable entrepreneurship, social responsibility, beer and its economy, our Summer School aims to make the students develop technical and soft skills, work in an international environment and, of course, have fun!

 

Practical information:

 

Program

 

Lectures/testimonies led by professionnals, individual and group assignments,

study and company visits,

social/cultural activities and visits, etc.

Assignments

 

INDIVIDUAL POSTER SESSION : Participants will be invited to prepare and present a « poster » showing a selected brewing company.

GROUP CHALLENGE : By groups of 4 (from different nationalities), students make recommendations to/for a chosen brewing company on « how to improve its global and sustainable performance ».

 

Presential mode dates

 

From Monday 23/08 until Thursday 02/09/2021

 

Presential mode price

 

The participation fee is 1400€/student (300€ are to be paid in advance). This fee includes: accommodation (10 nights), meals, transports and activities (Home to EPHEC transportation and extra expenses are not included).

Virtual mode dates

 

From Monday 23/08 until Sunday 29/08/2021

 

Virtual mode price

 

The participation fee is 170€/student (50€ are to be paid in advance).
