Employee mobility within the Erasmus+ programme is intended for MENDELU employees (academic and non-academic staff).
Employee mobility for the purposes of training has the following objectives:
- To enable employees to gain knowledge or specific know-how from other countries and their job experience as well as practical skills which are relevant to their current job and career development.
- To contribute to better cooperation between university institutions and enterprises.
- To motivate students and staff to travel and to assist them in journey preparation.
Mobility can include stays in partner enterprises, organisations or institutions, i.e. observation of an experienced worker (so called job-shadowing), practical/vocational training, study visits, workshops or seminars. Attendance at conferences is not allowed!
