During mobility
The employee must comply with the previously approved teaching schedule according to the approved Teaching Programme during the stay at the foreign institution. It is necessary to comply with the teaching plan and the number of teaching days specified in the Teaching Programme.
At the end of the stay, the staff member will have the Confirmation of Teaching Period confirmed to the host institution. Mobility activities will be scheduled in the form day after day, together with an indication of the numbers (min. 1.5 hours / day, min. 8 hours / 2 - 5 days, relatively longer for longer mobilities). These data are decisive for the award of the actual amount of the grant and the possible occurrence of a supplement or refund.
