Call for applications

For studies and traineeships mobilities to non EU universities in ERASMUS+ partner countries, in the programme of ERASMUS+ Credit Mobility

A call for applications for studies and traineeship mobilities in Erasmus+ partner countries is open twice a year - January and September the selection process takes place along with the selection process for European Erasmus and bilateral agreements placements.

 

Students wishing to apply need to submit the following documents to the International Relations Office (IRO):

  • Application, signed by a Vice-Dean for External Affairs.
  • Motivation letter in English.

 

The country coordinator (see the table below) may award an applicant a recommendation based on the assessment of the application and the motivation letter which he/she will receive from the IRO.

The applicant is not expected to seek the recommendation from the coordinator on their own.  

An oral examination in English is an obligatory part of the selection procedure; the applicant needs to arrange the date and time of the examination individually with IRO by contacting us at credit.mobility@mendelu.cz.

In the event of applicants gaining the same number of points, being a part of the Buddy network as well as active involvement within the ESN Mendelu network will be considered a determinative factor.

Conditions of the mobility

Students participating in Student Mobility for Study (SMS) have to achieve at least 18 ECTS per semester, e.g. for the subjects which are in line with his/her study specialisation; it is recommended to consider the recognition category under which the subjects studied abroad will be assessed by the sending institution (compulsory or optional).
