The selection procedure is announced by the Department of International Relations and Internationalization at the beginning of each academic year for the next year. The first round of the selection procedure is organized by the faculty, the final selection is made by the Rectorate.

Ph.D. students can forward their applications for traineeship throughout the year, but their mobility has to start in November at latest. More information about Ph.D. traineeships can be found here.

Open Call for 2019:

The study stays and practical internships can start in January 2019, latest in November 2019. Minimum required length of the study stay and/or internship is 30 days (days spent travelling to the place of mobility and back are not counted in length). The recommended length of study stays is 3 months (in exceptional cases such as summer schools the study stay can be shorter).

The scholarship is approx. 15,000 CZK per month. Newly, up to 100% of the travel expenses can be covered. The travel expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of the application and the travel documents (like boarding passes) after successful completion of the mobility.

From now until September 28th 2018, you can submit applications to the international departments of the faculties, where candidates will be pre-selected. The results will be announced per email by October 22nd.

If you are interested in a study stay, you have the option to choose up to 3 different universities, which you can sort in the application form according to your preference. A practical internship of a minimum of 30 days can be carried out at any non-European institution of your choice. The internship must correspond with your study curriculum.
