The nomination to an Erasmus+ Traineeship is binding. In case the student has to cancel the nomination for serious health or personal reasons, he/she must do so without delay through the form Notification of Traineeship Cancellation (in Czech), which must be confirmed by an international relations officer of the relevant faculty and handed over to the Rectorate DIRI.

 

The student shall also be obliged to send an email apology to the Traineeship provider (with copy to the Rectorate DIRI – tereza.formackova@mendelu.cz) with due explanation why the stay is cancelled.

Should the student cancel the traineeship, he/she shall promptly cancel the Travel Proposal in the UIS application, this no later than by the 9th day of the month following the planned commencement date.

Withdrawal from the nomination may affect future chances to be included into the Programme.
